How to Use the ATEQ Quickset TPMS Reset Tool


  • Ensure you have the IDs for the Sensors in the wheels not currently registered with your vehicle.
  • Install desktop software from CD provided with your Quickset.
  • Make sure to install the software and the driver.
  • Launch the Quickset software and follow the on-screen instructions.

RETRIEVE SENSOR IDs FROM YOUR VEHICLE AND SWITCH TIRE SET:



Select your vehicle in the software


Follow the instruction on the screen, unplug the Quickset and go to your vehicle


Connect the Quickset to your OBDII port (usually located under the dash)


Turn the key to ON without starting the car (cars with push button, press the bottom twice without pressing the brake pedal). Press winter or summer on the Quickset tool according to the TPMS sensor IDs stored into your car. 


Connect the Quickset tool back to your computer and follow the onscreen instructions. When prompted, type sensor IDs for the other wheel set into the appropriate fields. When finished, click SAVE TO QUICKSET. 


Connect the Quickset back to your OBDII port, turn the ignition ON and load your new set of TPMS sensor IDSs to the vehicle by pressing the summer or winter button. Disconnect the Quickset and drive the vehicle for a few kilometers until the TPMS light turns off.
