Return Policy

Should you return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our sales department to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) at Customer.Service@TPMSDirect.comOur returns department does not accept packages without a return authorization number. Proof of purchase is required with all returns. Please include a copy of your sales invoice with the returned package.  RA# must be included on package. Please ship returns to:

Buyer pays for shipping on returns. All returnable items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and any fees that PayPal may apply to the refund process. Shipping is never reimbursed or credited. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!  All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Damage Claims

Damaged goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Should any damages occur during the shipping process, please notify USPS and the TPMS Direct sales department to receive instructions on the proper steps to promptly return and replace any damaged goods. TPMS Direct is not responsible for the improper handling or installation of TPMS products.
